*Lone*Star* Posted June 4, 2009 Author Share Posted June 4, 2009 I need to know why when I download Paint.NET plug-ins, and install them into my effects folder, and I try to open and run Paint.NET, I get an error message telling me that "Paint.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close."
