Blank screen, not loading properly

Hi,

I've been using Paint.NET just fine for quite awhile. It seems as of recent (*possibly* after I did a Windows Vista update, but I can't confirm that, as I believe I used it just fine right after) Paint.NET just won't load for me. The window comes up, and it even looks like it has tabbed the images I'm trying to load, but I can't interact with the window and it is entirely blank. Here's a screenshot of what I get stuck with when I try to load.

Again, I am locked out of interacting with this window and I am forced to end the program via Task Manager. I haven't had this problem until very recent, and I did already try to reinstall the program -- which did not fix it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
