mrTablet
Is there a collection of "all" plugins for PDN?
Leif
No. Every plug-in writer still owns the rights to there work. So, you can’t just put there plug-in into a collection without there permission. And some plug-in writers are no longer active here, so you can’t get there permission. It has been tied, but is just not posible. david.atwell
I have many plugins (185 or so) and, trust me, you don't want what you're asking for. With only 185, the program lags quite a bit at startup, and 185 isn't even close to "all of the plugins" available. :-) Pick the ones you WANT, and leave the rest behind. EDIT: 185 is just the Effects and Adjustments, by the way. This does not count the Filetypes. :-P Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... mrTablet
Is there a list of plugins which I can choose from? It is difficult to look through the entire forum to get an overview of all plugins.
Rick Brewster
That is the list of plugins. Also, please revise your thread title so you don't run afoul of [rule=6]rule #6.[/rule]. david.atwell
We have sticky'd some of the plugins and plugin packs we as a community feel are the best. Start there. Ego Eram Reputo
The subject of organizing the plugins has been raised before: viewtopic.php?p=247443#p247443 I favour some sort of organization with the number of plugins exploding onto the forum. In the thread above I suggested a post with the plugins listed alphabetically, but the counter argument was "who will maintain it?". If enough users/mods think this would be a good idea I would be willing to maintain such a list. Simon Brown
I favour some sort of organization with the number of plugins exploding onto the forum. In the thread above I suggested a post with the plugins listed alphabetically, but the counter argument was "who will maintain it?". Someone even already attempted to host something similar, but Rick disapproved of it for security reasons. I've been considering setting up a category-based system that simply links to plugins, aiming to be more helpful than search, though.
