Lance McKnight Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 A quick question - is it possible to have an extension or plug-in that will restart PDN after downloading plug-ins? It is something similar to what GIMP has, for example, when you download and install a script-fu into the directory of GIMP, you could click on "Refresh Plug-in." I was wondering if it would be possible for PDN to have something similar. Quote Officially retired from this forum. Have a nice day.
david.atwell Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Not via plug-ins. Plugins can only do (say it with me, everyone!) effects, adjustments, and filetypes. Sorry, it'd have to be part of the program. And I believe Rick is already thinking about how to do this. Quote The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.Amy: But how did it end up in there? The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
