start with a nebulous X factor:92 Y factor:-89 Ray factor -62

New layer gradient set layer blend mode to overlay

merge layer down

new layer gradient set blend mode to color burn

Now open up curves and follow these numbers for rgb leave red where it is, but green at about (48,151) and put blue at about (234,96)

this is what it should look like so far

Now use zoom blur deluxe Amount at the second little nub and default settings for everything else.

now use twistz twisting amount at 45 zoom level at 100 and quality at 2

now use ellipse select to select the area right in the middle where it looks like a lollipop. Now invert the selection and delete it.

now use magic wand to select an area outside of the lollipop.Invert the selection and use move selected pixels up a little bit

almost done! Now just add new layer and use line/curve to draw a stick

Don't get me wrong, this is a new result, but it seems like something anyone could figure about by themselves :(

Also, don't be in a rush to write your tutorial. We willing to wait for you. Please, read the rules. It's that big orange box at the top of the page. It's an attention whore. It won't settle until it gets your attention and you click on it.

Okay. You know what I've read the rules about a billion times and people are still telling me to read them? How many times do I have to read them? Don't bother answering that question Because I'm getting otta here and never coming back
