Nice video but it a bit blured, making it kind of hard to see.

While your doing a new version of this tutorial that looks to be for Vista and Windows 7, I hope you wont mind if I post a link to my old tutorial for Windows XP from the Legacy Tutorials part. Making Paint.NET The Default Editor For Images

That way people on both OS can know how to do this.

It should work with both - just with slightly different commands. But your link should be useful for users who don't like video tutorials.
