Trying for download of Paint.net, I think I have both service pack and paintnet but I`m not sure. When I tried to open it, thinking I would like to open the program from the paint program I (wrongly I now realise) clicked the open with paint option. Now I cannot open it from the shortcut, if indeed the program is there, and cannot work out how to change back to open from IEx.

What is the filename (with extension)?

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

That's...strange.

Try re-downloading it.

Before I do could you explain what the prefetch folder is, what I`m looking for to uninstall before I redownload and where I will find it?

Do I have to reinstall the service pack?

Can I find the program to download on the Microsoft or windows live sites rather than going to 3rd party

Does the passport.net (which I don`t understand) make things any easier or is it totally irrelevant and just popped up coincidentally.
