photo correction

I don't know if this would be near possible. After looking into it on Google, it seems like a tedious, and pain staking procedure to go though.

It might be capable in Photoshop, but I do not know if Paint.Net would be capable. Maybe one of the more advanced members that work in a different field than me can back me up? Or shun me down... :oops:

Actually, this should be possible via the clone stamp tool. It's very useful for removing blemishes like that. As for coloring a B&W photo, I think I've seen a tutorial around...
