grain removal

If you don't want to resize it you could maybe do this.

-Duplicate layer

-Gaussian Blur

-Set Duplicated layer's blending mode to Multiply

-Flatten image and adjust brightness or contrast

^^; I tried it with the full image. Still a little grain but not much, also the lighting is a bit different.
