I Know How To Do It On Adobe, But I Dont Have Adobe On This Computer, And The Setting Are Very Different On Paint.net In This Instance, Last Time I Recieved Great Help Very Fast, Would Be Greatly Appreciated Again!!! I've been trying to do this since last night, and tried different blurs, and the transparancy tool in adjustments, but non of the things I tried were right. I never knew you could do that with .
