Of pixelate and pixelate+

Recommended Posts

There is no way to do such a thing if you want to keep it on the same resolution. However, you can resize the image so that the "pixelized" blocks back to the size of 1 pixel. For example, if you have a 500x500px image, and you applied the pixalize effect with both sliders on 10, you can make the image 10x smaller (50x50) and have a "normal" quality picture. It will, of course, be smaller.

Doing that would require Paint.NET to "make up" pixels that don't exist.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.
