oleole
Hello All, I've Paint.net 3.36.3158.38068, Vista Pro french and I've noticed the following: 1. I'm doing a lot of copy/paste between Paint.net and MS Word (2007) 2. If you select an image in PDN then paste it in MS Word 3. PDN eats continuously 10 to 20% of the process time IF the image is selected 4. If you unselect the image, then it's OK Of course, I'm pretty sure it's unrelated to copy/paste and to MS Word, just wanted to give a way to reproduce it. I'm able to reproduce it just by selecting an image (CTRL+A) and leaving PDN in the background. I've attached a picture to show the "problem". Rick Brewster
http://blog.getpaint.net/2009/02/05/the ... rformance/ "• The selection renderer has been completely rewritten. No more dancing ants and no more GDI+ means much lower CPU usage and better performance with multiple CPU cores."
