longdrive Posted February 5, 2009 Author Share Posted February 5, 2009 I am trying to make a TV Logo. I have the TV Logo.png and a Lens.png. I am trying to place the lens over the TV Logo. I can load each into Paint.net but I cannot overlay the lens onto the logo. Can anyone talk my through the process. I am extremely new with Paint.net.
