Now i need to know if there is a way i can distort her eye shadow so it looks like its running you know kinda like stretch it down?

(im going to add tears to here eyes and then have butterflies coming out of the tears small and then have the butterflies grow larger as they exit towards the right of the picture) <<<<-------this will all be a separate layer that i am also working on

O and that also leads me to another question does anyone know of any good techniques for creating tears?

Im not sure how technical all this is i took a photo shop class like 4 years ago in high school so everything is really hazy to me but i would appreciate any help i could get
