Invisible Text

Recommended Posts

I only use Paint.NET on a few occasions.

Today, I am trying to put some text over an image.

I opened the image, created a new layer, then selected the new layer.

Went to the Tools control, selected the Text tool (designated with the "A"), clicked a spot in the middle of my layer to write the text, and started writing.

The cursor moves, but no text is showing up. I tried using Black as the Primary Color and White as the Secondary Color, then Red as Primary and Black as Secondary. Neither work.

What is the secret to using the Text tool?
