Dusty
I'm looking to have some to appear that it was drawn. I have a creation that I made in Paint.net but I'm just wondering if there is a filter to do this? Or do I use a combination of effects? BoltBait
Your best bet is to add a new layer and use the line tool to "draw" over the top of your source image. Now, you could use the built-in Effects > Artistic > Ink Sketch to help you find where the natural lines are.
