Perhaps you could post a picture of the kind of effect you want to achieve? ShK_828 Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 ok, lets start from the bottom. new file. fill in with a colour new layer, name it shine make your primary colour white, go to rectangle tool. use fill w/o outlin on shine layer. lower opacity to about 150 normal.
