Deleting text once set

Recommended Posts

What simon means is always type your text on a new layer that way you can just delete the layer. For the mean time, if you have not typed your text on a new layer then go to the history window and delete the text If you have already saved the pic and closed PDN then there really is no way to delete the text.

So are you able to delete text even when you have finished it initially and 'set' it down on the pic?? Apart from the new layer thing I mean??

That is correct.

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

Pretty much if you are wanting to delete the whole block of text you can use the old drag a box around it, but then it has to have been written on a seperate new layer to start off with. Then, if text is the only thing you want tot delete on that layer, you could delete the whole layer.
