That's a false positive report from WatchGuard EPDR.

You are recommended to uninstall it and use Micosoft Defender Antivirus, which is part of Windows Security, and is already installed on your PC.

 

 

If this is a work PC and you are forced to use WatchGuard EPDR then you'll have to report it to them (or your IT dept).
