Feature request: Shortcut keys for Move Layer commands

Would it be possible please to add shortcut keys for the four Move Layer commands, as shown below?

 

The addition of Shift for Move Layer to the preceding Go to Layer shortcuts seems logical because you are Shifting a layer.

 

 

I know it's possible to use the menu accelerators Alt+L T   Alt+L U   Alt+L O   Alt+L B  to move a layer, however:

 

1. The menu accelerator key combinations are not a natural extension of the Go to Layer shortcuts, and fingers that are used to these shortcuts have trouble switching to the accelerators for the related Move operations.
    
2. Using the menu accelerators in scripts results in a lot of rapid menu flashing, when all that is desired is to directly move layers.
