Features: Default resolution for new files 300DPI, brush that draws with outline, square shaped eraser?

Questions for developers:
1. How to set that when we click on NEW the default resolution is not 96 but 300?
2. Is it possible to have a brush that will draw like this, with an outer outline, and then when the line crosses itself it goes above it?
3. Square shaped eraser. I know we can erase with Rectangle selection tool but I want to be able to "draw" with square eraser tool. Same like we do now with circle erase tool.
