Add DNG RAW file type support

Hi

I have used this software for years. Recently due to requirements for a class and for a publication I was required to use raw file types. Since every camera has its on unique raw file type it can be a challenge to support them all. Most cameras support dng raw files type. Could this be added to files that paint.net supports. this would give raw file editing and not require that every camera's unique raw file be supported
