Simon Brown
Here are some scripts that can be used with Stylish to improve the forum UI. Unread posts/forums highlighting Personally I find that star hard to see. Here's a Stylish "script" to make it more recognisable. http://userstyles.org/styles/27115
survulus
Much better! I've been wanting a new style to be made for this forum, something a bit more sleak and artistic looking. I'm using it now, so thank you very much. We need more good skins for the site, like this one, especially seeing its for a graphics editing package. Frozen_byte
Looks good! But when I use your script I see this: http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/844/clarityvu2.jpg Please fix it, I like black much more

Simon Brown
You need to switch your forum theme to prosilver.
Zwicky
Wow thats all really cool! But would u be able to make the text invisible behind the new topic buttons etc? And possibly get rid of the advertising bar at the top?
Simon Brown
But would u be able to make the text invisible behind the new topic buttons etc? I may do. And possibly get rid of the advertising bar at the top? This is a new theme, not an ad-blocker. If you want to get rid of that, download adblock plus. TopHATslash
Nice work simon. I love the black theme. Offtopic: You seem to double/triple post A LOT, Simon.

Helio
Excellent work, Simon. I've been meaning to make a Stylish theme also, but haven't found the time/motivation to start... bEPIK
Simon you're a champion. The only thing that's annoying me with your theme (I do think it's excellent) is that the 'New Topic' button is shoddy. Instead of being nice and aliased, it's now a rectangle shape . Is there any code that I could put in to change the button to this: :?: See the difference? Anyway thanks again Simon! Simon Brown
New fix: Hide "plugin developers' central." Edit: @BP: I have failed to change the reply image.
Blooper
Sweet. Is it possible to have the corners back? Rectangular posts look mean. Blooper
Better, but they're black rather than gray. Simon Brown
Done I should probably store the images inline, though.
Blooper
Now they're slightly too bright I feel perfectionist and hypercritical. [Edit] Just found this. Simon Brown
It's hard for me to get it exact as I need to get the mid-tones right as well. &Edit: Are you asking for a greasemonkey script for that set of smileys?
Blooper
Possibly. I, for one, don't need them, but I think it'd still be neat. The right color is RGB: 34/34/34. :ColorPicker: Quote http://synthastic.deviantart.com http://soundcloud.com/siderealenterprise Lockerz invites are available, PM me
Simon Brown
I know, but then I would need to convert the mid-tones rather than doing the whole thing at once.
bEPIK
...I have failed to change the reply image. I don't understand. Do you mean that you don't know any code that could change the reply button? Or that you can't make the corners of the "Reply" button black because you do not have my crazy Über PdN skillz? This is completely understandable 8) No need to be sad about it. If you mean the first, that's OK, I was just wondering. If you mean the second... And (sorry to be a pain) one more thing... ...text is hidden in a few different places. Quote Water, Wood and Hair Tutorial
Simon Brown
I don't understand. Do you mean that you don't know any code that could change the reply button? Both, but I was specifically talking about the above. The only method I know using just CSS is background-image - which doesn't work. I may try a greasemonkey script, but I prefer stylish's cleanliness and believe it is easier for people to install Stylish scripts that Greasemonkey ones.
