Zoltan Herczeg
I purchased the app and installed it successfully at home on Windows 10. I would love to have it on my work PC, but the Store (same account) throws this 0x80248014 error upon installing the app. This one is Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.4189). Reported the issue to Microsoft 3 months ago, but no answer so far. Please advise, Zoltan
Solution Tactilis Posted September 24 Solution Share Posted September 24 Welcome to the forum @Zoltan Herczeg If you Google 0x80248014 error you will find that this is a problem that other people have had with Windows Update and with installations from the Windows Store. It is not specific to paint.net. If you are unable to fix your Windows problem, then you could install the non-Store (i.e Classic/free) version of paint.net. The Store and Classic versions have identical functionality so you won't lose anything.
