Automate adding drop shadow and reflection to an image

Can you help me with a plugin and script to batch add an image reflection and drop shadow to product images for my website?

Batch automation is not available in Paint.NET.

 

However, you can add Shadows and Reflections with ImageMagick.

In case anyone is wondering, you can manually create the shadow with PDNs built in Drop Shadow effect (Effects > Object see https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/EffectsObjectMenu.html). The reflection can be handled with either of these plugins:
