jeandeslilas
Hello, I've paid for Paint.net last August 10th, 2024 but I realize that there's still pop-up windows when I launch the program. Would you please look after that problem and make it work like it's supposed to, ie no more pop-up windows, which is one of the reasons why I've paid for the software. Thank you. Neither the free version or the paid version of paint.net have pop-up windows (adverts, etc). The only official paid version of paint.net is from the Microsoft Store. Is that the version you have? Or have you unfortunately paid for and installed a rip-off version from somewhere other than the official getpaint.net site? If so, which site? Or are you perhaps mixing up paint.net with some other application?
Solution Rick Brewster Posted August 25 Solution Share Posted August 25 This is referring to the update popups. We already resolved this over private messages. Tactilis
Was it because the Classic version was still installed? (Just to help anyone else who encounters the same problem)
