Tactilis
Welcome to the forum @rip_atawhai Do you mean "Why am I able to draw a enlarging blur effect" or are you really asking "How can I draw an enlarging blur effect" ? So that people can give you good advice, please explain clearly what you mean by an "enlarging blur effect". For example: Do you mean minimal Gaussian blur in the centre and becoming more blurred as you move outwards? Do you mean a Zoom blur effect? Or something else? Tactilis
Incidentally, what is the text that I've highlighted in red in your paint.net title bar? I don't think that should be there.
Rick Brewster
It's impossible to tell anything from a screenshot that's been reduced to such a small size. It's also really hard to tell what you're asking with so few details. There's really no context to work with here. Solution Disk4mat Posted August 9 Solution Share Posted August 9 Its not an actual blur effect. OP is using an opaque brush in normal mode and due to layer(s) properties is getting more of an effect/adjustment insdtead of the desired result. https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/BlendModes.html
