gubment_cheez
hey. I'm editing this [http] image WARNING! VERY LARGE IMAGE [4500x4330 px] DIALUP-ERS BEWARE in PDN, and when zoom in, it stops at 728% instead of going all the way to 3200%. I've got 4 GB ram (12 GB page file) on 64 bit windows Vista. I was wondering what kind of limitation this is and can it be removed? Quote You know the place.
Rick Brewster
The virtual canvas is limited to 32k x 32k. So, the image size multiplied by the zoom level cannot exceed this. It's a limitation that I've been aware of for quite awhile, but that won't be going away soon. And yes, if you create a 64k x 2 image, you won't even be able to view it at 100%. You'll max out at 50%.
