text resolution

Hi. I editied document in which I have text and pics. Pics are 300dpi and they looked good printed but text looks poor - how can I edit text in 300dpi resolution?? Thanks for help.

The printed text you're talking about that doesn't look good - is that being printed in the same image as the picture that does look good, or separately on its own?

The entire image prints at the same resolution, so if they're being printed at the same time, I'm quite confused. If they're being printed separately, look under Image > Resize or Image > Canvas Size and check the Resolution box in the dialog that appears to make sure it's set at 300DPI. You can also set the resolution in the dialog that appears when creating a new image (a la File > New).
