can someone make a plugin that....

well, you all surely know how when you create a square, circle, etc. using the tool box that you can select to color the inside

well, i was hoping that someone could make a plugin like that for text.

then, have a bunch of cool things to add in the middle of text,

like options of just plain colors, using 2 colors, etc.
