Noodlez
Whats the most terrifying thing that has ever happened to you? Not many scary things have happened to me but I get panic attacks (like 1 every 2 months) and the last one I had was in late August or early September. I was sleep walking and woke up on the floor at the foot of my parents bed and I was confused but I just got up and started walking to my room. Now I cant remember exactly how it started but i was curled up on my floor screaming randomly and suddenly I got freezing cold and started shaking and felt like I was going to die. It was really freaky and it took me like an hour to fall asleep after it because I was still shaking. Anyone else get frequent panic attacks? NathansMommy727
I do... they differ a bit from yours... but I'm on medicine for mine. I used to get them at least once a day. It sucks. But you won't die from it Quote My DA ^_^ My photos

pyrochild
I cannot share my most terrifying experience on this forum; people might think less of me. 2nd worst? Giving presentations in front of a class. How I manage to not wet myself, I may never know. EDIT: Scratch that, that's 3rd. 2nd would be finding out that my dad had cancer. HITMAN-X-
Age 17 Blood Clot in my right leg. Every min I was in pain and if you never had a blood clot before then you have no idea what that pain feels like. It worst then being stabed (Yes I do know what it feels like to be stabbed as I been stabbed by a pen in the arm and still got the scar). I wanted to cut my leg open and rip out the artory that the blood clot was in. Now beside the pain why was this terrifying, well lets see; Blood Clot + artory, clot being pushed on by blood trying to get through. Well I guess you can get the rest or look up what happens when a blood clot moves and how it can be bad if it goes to the heart or lungs. On top of that I found out I got a very rare blood disorder from my mom side that can cause blood clots to form. Thats always nice to have in mind seeing my mom has had many clots in her life. So now I get to think about stuff like what if I get a clot somewere in my body were there are no pain receptors. Quote DEXTUT.COM
survulus
There's 2 times I've been in pretty dire situation that terrified me. One was when I was 6 I had Neumonia (sp?) and in all honesty it took everything out of me, I was bone-thin because I wouldn't east, and my mind was going crazy, things weren't in perspective. I had no idea what was going on and that terrified me out of my wits. I think it was the bending of perspective that scared me most. Made me value my mental sanity really, if that makes sense. The other is when I thought my gran was having a heart-attack, we wandered into a resteraunt, me and the rest of the family and a ballon popped, she sank to the floor (probably out of shock) but I had no idea what it could have been, but it was utterly terrifying. Actually, I remembered another, when I came back from school one day and discovered my Dad had been rushed to hospital and I didn't hear anything about it for 3 hours. 3 most scary hours ever, I thought he was in some serious trouble, but the serious trouble was narrowly avoided, it was a clot but he's okay now. Terrifying though. There's a few other things, but they're the main ones. And all before my 17th birthday! :D Quote Check out all my newest stuff on my dA I iz bassist here

Sozo
One of my most terrifying moments happened this summer, but it was kind of a delayed reaction. I was hiking in Tennesee, and I went about 5 minutes off the trail to get a really cool picture over this cliff. I lay down on a rock and edged myself over the brink with camera in hand to get the shot. As I edged myself back, I slipped some and fell foreward a few inches. I quickly regained my grip and hauled myself away from the edge, not thinking much about the slip up. About half an hour later, I had circled around all the way to the other side of the valley. I was taking another landscape pic, when I recognized the cliff I had hung out over. I saw now what I hadn't realized then: the cliff was a straight drop for over 600 feet! If I had slipped off, it would have been certain death! Needless to say, my blood ran cold for a few minutes, and I went nowhere near any cliffs for the rest of the trip. ChitoDog
I would have to say being shot by a stray bullet at age 11 and being paralyzed from the neck down for about 6 months. After months of physical therapy, I made a semi full recovery. I only lost about 40% of my right leg movement. That's really nothing, I'm just glad to be alive. Juraiko1324
First: Going through my father having lung cancer, only to see him die, Second: Cutting my lip off and passing out from blood loss...I was seven and ran into a shopping cart, Third: Cutting off the tip of my thumb by slamming it inbetween a suitcase handle and stucco. By the way, I don't know if you've ever heard this, but pouring cayenne pepper on a wound deadens the nerves and makes it heal sooooo much faster. When I cut off my thumb, it healed in just a week and a half, fully.
