nutkitten
I have ALWAYS downloaded direct from this site until this last time after doing a clean install of win 10 I decided to go ahead and spend the $5 and get it from the Microsoft store as I know that helps you guys out. I can use it fine but, of course, I love the plugins I have always used. (this is not specific to any one plug-in or plug-in pack which is why I am posting here) I tried 3 or 4 different plug-in packs and the install tells me Paint Dot Net can not be found on my pc. So when I click to close the install it then tells me to upgrade to because my version is 0.0. The one on my pc is version 5.0.9. So what is going on? I really have no desire to use the program with no plug-ins. Please help. Thank you Nutkitten
Pixey
Hello @nutkitten and welcome to the forum With the store version, the Plugins are placed differently. Please read, half way down, on this page: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/InstallPlugins.html Quote How I made Jennifer & Halle in Paint.net My Gallery | My Deviant Art "Rescuing one animal may not change the world, but for that animal their world is changed forever!" anon. nutkitten
Great to know, I didn't want to do that on my own because I'm thinking, according to the other error message that there is no where to install them. Also, thank you BoltBait, your plug in pack was the first I was trying to install. They are mandatory for me. 😘 Thank you nutkitten
