AMD_Ryzen
After posting an image from Windows clipboard into a new file as "Paste into New Image" (Ctrl+Alt+V), "revert" doesn't work (the keybinding Ctrl+Z doesn't work). Lemonade
I wouldn't call this a bug. If you create a new document and check History panel, there is "New Image" listed. First step is document creation. Same is for "Paste into New Image"; first step is to create a document based on a clipboard picture. There is nothing to go back to with Undo. Rick Brewster
This isn’t even remotely a bug and I don’t know why you think it would make sense for Undo to do anything at this point. Ctrl+W (Close) is what you’re looking for here … The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html

First step rather is "Expand canvas". Then 2nd step is pasting the clipboard picture. But "paste into new image" definitely is a multi-step operation, code wise. Would it be much work to change the history-entry "Paste into New Image" into the 2 steps "Expand canvas" and "Paste"? Rick Brewster
This isn't changing, there's no reason to expand this into 2 steps. The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
