Unable to Share Paint.net with Other Profiles on Windows 11

Basically, I purchased Paint.net at the Microsoft Store and had no problem with the install, but am unable to have it installed on my grandkids profiles on the PC. I can not find the exe file or search for paint.net to attempt to share it with their profiles.  Is it possible to share it with other profiles on one PC.  If so please give specific instructions. Thank you

It looks like this should be possible. Read through this and see if you can get it to work: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/henrikn/sharing-windows-10-store-apps-with-your-family

Sorry, but kids are on a local account.  The article requires them to be on a Microsoft account. The older free version populated all profiles. Do you have any other suggestion to populate on local accounts with the current version? Thx
