Updating / Repairing from 5.0.1 seems to require 5.0 msi

On attempting to update from 5.0.1 to 5.0.2, I get an error message:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'PaintDotNet_x64_5.0.msi' in the box below.

The Staging file that it's set as the default has PaintDotNet_x64_5.0.1.msi and PaintDotNet_x64_5.0.2.msi. It seems to me that it should be using these since I'm currently on 5.0.1 instead of 5.0?

Sounds like you have an existing paint.net installation that has become broken. Please use this utility to remove the broken installation:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Afterwards, you should be able to install paint.net anew.
