TrevorOutlaw
Was surprised when I got the prompt that 5.0.2 was available. Installed it and then came over here to see what the buzz was. Much appreciated. 1 Paint.NET Gallery | Remove Foreground Object Tutorial | Dispersion Effect Tutorial

Nathan H.
As someone who has used paint dot net for over 5 years it is quite frustrating to not have two of my three rotate image shortcuts on my keyboard. I'm surprised no one else has said anything about this, but I'm looking for a way to revert back to 5.0.1. Is that possible?
Ego Eram Reputo
3 hours ago, Nathan H. said: I'm looking for a way to revert back to 5.0.1. Is that possible? Nope. Rick needed to free up some keyboard shortcuts for other actions. To rotate by 180 degrees, rotate by 90 degrees twice. For -90 rotate by 90 degrees three times. 1 ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker

ABSWV
I just discovered that CTRL-G and CTRL-J are gone. I need them. I do DVDs for slide shows (funeral home) and edit a couple hundred pics at a time, rotating and adjusting. This is adding hundreds of more keystrokes to get the job done. I'd like to see those shortcuts back. Please consider it.

Reptillian
Cntrl+ Left Arrow would rotate to the left. Cntrl+ RIght Arrow would rotate to the right. Cntrl+ Left + Left would rotate 180 I think that schematic is more intuitive than Cntrl+H... to the same job. Less keystrokes too. Those are not appropriate shortcut keys though, as they are already used for moving things on the canvas. Themperror
Hey, I really like Paint.net but its lacking one major feature that keeps it behind more professional software in my opinion. The ability to work on a single color channel would be amazing (so if you have a RGBA image, you could "disable" the GBA layers and edit only the R channel for example.. The is most useful when only needing to work on alpha for example (and disabling the "RGB" channels would result in alpha being visualized as grayscale (black to white)) Adding this would be absolutely amazing and very much appreciated (I haven't seen a plugin that can do this either...)

I have plugins to create an alpha mask (Effects > Object > Switch Alpha to Gray) and to use an alpha mask (Effects > Object > Apply Alpha Mask). Cakie67
Bolt, I did download it. But It did not work. I was using 4.12 paint.net was very happy with that. I could not find it to download again. I have lost dragon, dream,Tr;s Fireworks, and countless other plug in. In my Paint.net, the icon will not open to take me to the forum. That has not worked for 2 years now(?) the automatic upgrade for paint 5..... caused me to loose many effects & Adjustments. I am not a wiz like you all are. This is hard for me every time there is a new version of Paint.net!
