Greg LoPiccolo
I followed the prompt to upgrade Paint.net to 5.01 on a Windows 11 PC, and I'm getting an error: "The feature you are trying to user is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'PaintDotNet_x64_593901032.msi' in the box below. " Any advice? Thanks in advance--
Solution toe_head2001 Posted February 18, 2023 Solution Share Posted February 18, 2023 Sounds like you have an existing paint.net installation that has become broken. Please use this utility to remove the broken installation: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed Afterwards, you should be able to install paint.net again. Quote (September 25th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts. I am aware of the issue.
