Keyboard shortcuts (keys) change how you like

Recommended Posts

I really like the software, but ability to change keys how you perfer is cruical to any workflow. Is there any way to change keys to your choice? (by changing letters in some text code files? or is there a plugin that can do it? ) I mean this app could be perfect replacement for ms paint, such a shame it that lacks such a basic feature. Its almost perfect, and another feature that developers should consider is expanding image resolution by draging canvas handles outwards (just like in ms paint). Thanks for any answer, I'm 3d artist and Im glad to help

Why is that crucial? Why not invest some time to learn the keyboard shortcuts that Paint.NET provides?

The documentation is very comprehensive: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/KeyboardMouseCommands.html

No, there isn't.

Paint.NET provides functionality that is far beyond that of MS Paint. It's capabilities are not diminished by the inability to change the keyboard shortcuts (and you can't do that in MS Paint either).

Resizing the canvas has been discussed many times, for example:
