That hotkey is working for me in PDN 5.0.1.

The small increase in performance you get coding in C++ over C# is hardly enough to offset the headache of coding in the C++ language. ~BoltBait

"Ctrl + Shift + U" does not apply "Hue/Saturation". This is infuriating, as I sometimes have to apply effects to about 25+ images in a row. I use all the other hotkeys to do this task very quickly. Not sure if there's a reason, I'm just pointing it out.

Are you running the English version of Paint.NET?

Are you running the English version of the OS?

Are you using an English keyboard?

Are you using some "funky" laptop keyboard that requires holding down an FN key for some functionality that a normal keyboard doesn't need?
