SRDKR
Is there a tool that allows to gnaw off a certain number of pixels from the edge of an object? Something like the feather tool, but one that creates a hard edge. Thank you.
TrevorOutlaw
I am not certain if this what you are looking for, @dpy's AA Assistant. His website describes how it works. http://paintnet.web.fc2.com/plugin/dpy/aaassistant.htm It is part of his plug-in pack. I personally recommend the AA assistant as part of my toolbox. Ego Eram Reputo
Try either of these plugins: Basic AntiAlias or Alias. Both plugins require the object be on a transparent layer (i.e. not part of a composite image with a solid background) Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
Solution BoltBait Posted January 24 Solution Share Posted January 24 Try the built-in Distort > Morphology in Erode mode: You could also try the built-in Noise > Median. Play with the sliders to see how you can Dilate or Erode objects. BoltBait
Just be careful: at higher widths/heights the object becomes distorted. Quote Click to play: Download: BoltBait's Plugin Pack | CodeLab | and how about a Computer Dominos Game
