Graphpaper-Plugin doesnt appear in PDN 5.0

I tried installing the latest version of Graph Paper on PDN 5.0. Both the GraphPaper.dll and Graphpaper.dlc files are in the Effects folder, and the OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dll and OptionBasedLibrary v0.7.9.dlc files are in the main PDN folder. However, the plugin does not appear in the menu, is not recognized and listed as installed by the plugin browser, and does not appear as faulty in the PDN error messages. May I hope there is a solution?

BTW:

I tried posting this in the appropriate forum but that didn't work either.

Those files go into the Effects folder.

What does it say in the Plugin Errors tab of the Settings screen?

So the instructions here are wrong and should be fixed. I have now placed the files in the effects folder and now it works.

Copy the two files OptionBasedLibrary vX.X.dll/.dlc to the Paint.NET\ folder (NOT to Paint.NET\Effects\ !!!) A typical location is "C:\Program Files\Paint.NET".

...what is the linked location by page 1 of GraphPaper Plugin
