I installed ghostscript 32 & 64 bits.

unpack the zip of the plugin to

 

C:\Program Files\paint.net\FileTypes

I suppose i have to use a draw from inside paint.net to apply this : You can use the color picker  to get the color of your flag.

It is the flag from wikipedia.

Sorry, I'm getting confused now.  I thought you wanted the color blue from the first image you posted.  If so the top blue color is 054497.

By Christmas a beautiful heart.

I think is very difficult create beauty under the present circumstances.

Requires a lot of imagination and is not my point.

And is difficult because a logo is supposed to remain as a identity.

Nevertheless my logo is "methaformical".

So....

You can do everything.

By example I suppose :

Alter the mechanical wheel turning into a christmas wheel .

And the house with other 3D colors and Papa Noel climbing or something

the window with a family scene.

The rest may remain but changing the letter color to a more joyful one.

And when the adapted logo is made I can use a beautiful wallpaper as background with a speech about Christmas. By example :

As I have many initials to personalized the logo seems enough a christmas background or color in the letters about christmas.
