sedjura
I try to open image below and can't edit or save it by MS Paint. Other editors like GIMP, ImageGlass etc are fine with it. Can you please advise? Link: https://pcdn.goldapple.ru/fv/brokenImageModel.jpg

That image opens fine for me in GIMP, MS Paint and Paint.NET. This forum is for the free image editor Paint.NET which is a completely different program. Second, that image isn't a .jpg image. I believe it is in .webp format... I had no trouble editing that image with Paint.NET at all. Maybe try Paint.NET for your image editing needs? It's way better than MS Paint. IHaveNoName
On a Win 7 PC I've had no problems either opening the image in PDN, Windows Photo Viewer or MS Paint both copying the image posted here or direct from the link provided. I've used the 'Inspect Element' Windows context menu tool and in both cases it is shown as being a JPEG and not any other format. I also tried saving the download as "All Files" rather than JPEG, which can sometimes be a cause of problems if the extension is wrong, and still had no trouble opening it with any of those programs. It displays, for me, at all times as a 1600 x 1086 JPEG. Definitely recommend you use PDN in preference to MS Paint whatever the cause of the issue. AlexDolmatov
Check file size. Depending on the browser, saving WEBP or JPG is offered. Saved via Google Chrome 108.0.5359.95 and got 44,238 bytes of wepb. Downloaded via Download Master and got 176,066 bytes JPG. Opening in hex or a text editor also allows you to check the file header. Pay attention to the request to the site and the size in the status bar. Google Chrome vs Microsoft Edge. Spoiler
