Paint.net do not recognize plugins (shows an error)

I have all the plugins inside the effects folder are all they were just fine

until i was working on another image and just the default ones were available

 

Error goes like this

This is not a plugin, and should not be in the Effects folder.

Run the PdnRepair.exe tool which you can find in the installation folder.

that might be one of the reasons, but it was there the last time i was able to use them

I searched for the folder "folder" but it doesn´t show up. I start to think I could´ve messed something up

Yes, this isn't right. There should be a lot of files in this folder.

 

Try uninstalling Paint.NET. If it fails use this tool to remove any traces of Paint.NET from your computer.

Then you should be able to reinstall.
