Antialias on/off changes size of font

As the title states turning on and off antialiasing changes the visual size of the font. The size of the font does not change in the size drop down.

 

The 2 columns of text in the middle of the image below. Left column is Arial 9pt with antialias turned on and right column is Arial 9pt with antialias turned off.

Latest version of Paint.NET

Windows is up to date

Video Card drivers are up to date

Yes, antialiasing will affect how the font is measured because DirectWrite will need to snap and round various things to pixel boundaries. This is not a bug. The alternative is for the text rendering to look horrible.
