Mobiusman
My version of Paint.net is prompting me to download/install a new version. This is done automatically in the paid version. I have a receipt for when I paid back in 2020. So how can I be sure I'm running the free or the paid version on my pc? Thanks for any light anyone can shine on this question. Solution toe_head2001 Posted August 24, 2022 Solution Share Posted August 24, 2022 If it says Classic (or Portable) in the Paint.NET Settings dialog, then it's the free one. If it says Appx, then it's the paid one. Quote (September 25th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts. I am aware of the issue. Mobiusman
Thanks so much. This is a huge help. I purchased this back on September 18, 2020. I guess I never installed it correctly. But now I have a different problem. The link to download this goes to "paint.net" which, apparently, "is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com." Did the domain change since 2020? For reference my Order #5728128818.
toe_head2001
The domain has always been getpaint.net. Quote (September 25th, 2023) Sorry about any broken images in my posts.
