TBish
Im having the same problem. I want to use paint.net as a "plug in" in some proprietary software that requires me to copy and paste the path to paint.net. I did it a few years ago with no issues. Now I go to my programs folders and do not find a paint.net folder. They say it is "installed natively" so it runs better. What does "installed natively" mean? Ego Eram Reputo
It means you have the MS Store version installed, rather than the Classic download. The Store version requires you have a slightly different setup to put your plugins in. It is detailed here: https://www.getpaint.net/doc/latest/InstallPlugins.html#4 Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
