Help copying and paste images without transparent backgrounds

So i am pretty new at this and all i want to do is copy the image you are seeing below and paste into another without the transparent (Yes i have tried the magic wand tool, it leaves many important areas of the image blank such as the face, so yeah no.) (Sorry for the pixelated image, needed to decrease it's quality because of the file size limit)

Ctrl-A to select all.

Ctrl-C to copy the guy.

 

Switch to your desired image.

 

Ctrl-Shift-V to paste into the new image with layer.

Thx so much dude, idk how i didnt think of this before xd, i abandoned a lot of projects because i didnt know how to do this xd
