smol_boi-danno
Using the line/curve tool- can you add adjustable nodes to a line? I know I could use multiple lines, use the brush tool and draw by hand- but I am bad at drawing / lazy and am curious if this already exists. No. Each individual Line/Curve is a cubic curve, and cubic curves are determined by exactly four nodes. I've (twice) requested that there be a way to automatically use the end point of the previous curve as the starting point for the next curve, so curves could be easily strung together. I think that would help with what you want to do. There's always the ShapeMaker plugin, which allows for cubic splines with any number of nodes. Rick Brewster
The underlying rendering primitives support it, via PolyCurveSegment, but the UI design and implementation complexity for the Line/Curve tool is holding it up. Right now there are just higher priorities that I need to work on. AndrewDavid
I think @TechnoRobbo designed https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/27512-trs-splinemaster-v143-a-line-maker-july-1-2019/ to address this need.
Ego Eram Reputo
How about ShapeMaker? You can use it to make lines with hundreds of nodes.
