Bthnt
Dearest Forum: I use paint.net as a tabletop RPG platform. When I add images to my scenes, I often find myself LABORIOUSLY erasing away the background they came with. I know there is an algorithmical way of doing this... what am I missing? Thanks, -DM Brett
Ego Eram Reputo
Try AlphaSpace if the background is a uniform white or black. Alternatively (if the background is non-uniform, and composed similar shades), Magic wand & the delete key. Remember to save the file in a format that supports transparency (like PNG). JPGs in particular often interpret transparency as a solid black or white. Tactilis
Depending on what the foreground & background image is, I find that https://www.remove.bg/ or https://photoscissors.com/ generally does an accurate and very fast job.
